These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Lotus Planner ("the App", "our Service") operated by Taian, LLC ("we", "our", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
In plain English: These terms protect both you and us while you use Lotus Planner. We've written them to be as clear and fair as possible.
During the early access phase, Lotus Planner is provided completely free of charge. This includes all current features and functionality without limitation.
When Lotus Planner transitions from early access to general availability, pricing will be introduced. Early access users will receive advance notice and special pricing considerations.
You own your content. All journal entries, personal notes, health logs, and other content you create in Lotus Planner belongs to you. We claim no ownership rights to your personal information.
When you connect Google accounts, you grant us permission to access and display your calendar events and tasks within the app. We do not modify, delete, or share this information with third parties.
While we use iCloud for synchronization, you are responsible for maintaining backups of important data. We recommend enabling iCloud backup on your devices.
During early access, the service may experience downtime, bugs, or temporary unavailability as we improve and refine the app. We'll do our best to minimize disruptions and communicate any planned maintenance.
Lotus Planner integrates with Google Calendar, Google Tasks, and Apple iCloud. Service availability may be affected by these third-party services, which are beyond our control.
Lotus Planner, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The Lotus Planner name and logo are our trademarks.
When you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the app, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that feedback to improve Lotus Planner.
Lotus Planner is provided "as is" during early access. While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee the app will be error-free or always available.
We are not liable for data loss due to device issues, iCloud problems, or user error. Please maintain regular backups of important information.
Our total liability to you for any claims related to the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service (currently $0 during early access).
You may stop using Lotus Planner at any time. Simply delete the app from your device and contact us if you want your account data removed.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, though we'll always try to resolve issues through communication first.
Your privacy is paramount. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We may update these Terms as Lotus Planner evolves. When we make significant changes, we'll notify you via email and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through good faith discussion or, if necessary, binding arbitration.
